My client found a picture online somewhere of a signing, spinning Scooby cake. I don't have any signing spinning cakes in my repertoire, but I was able to reproduce the Scooby head popping out of the cake. I drew Scooby and cut him out of gum paste, then colored him in with Ateco markers. The cakes are fondant covered, all accents on the cake are fondant, and the stars are stuck in with floral wire. Scooby Dooby Doo!
