My safety director at my work will turn 60 tomorrow and he lives to ride his Harley. He also rides with no helmet so to get him really spun up, all you have to do is bring up that topic and he starts saying, "Let those who ride decide!"...so I knew I had to incorporate that into his cake that I made to take back to North Dakota.

I did edible images for the words and I used chocolate pebbles on the sides and inner sides of the cake to kind of make it look like a rock wall with some tufts of grass.

I took a picture that I had of him on his motorcycle, and did a double-sided image (reversed the image horizontally so they both matched up), stuck toothpicks in between each side and taped them together to stick them into the cake.
