A three tier round cake (6/8/10) all fondant accents and decorations. The bride wanted the cake to be 100% edible, so I even made her topper from fondant/gumpaste. The bride came up with the design herself, by incorporating two cakes that she found online. The bottom tier is a rum'n'raisin cake with vanilla rum buttercream filling, the middle tier is a lemon cake with lemon curd filling and the top tier is a chocolate cake with coconut cream filling. She LOVED this cake, and so did I! I think it's my best wedding cake to date! TFL!
