This is a celebration cake for my kids 4-H Shooting Sports end of year picnic. It also happens to be my very first fondant figures. It was a donated cake so I felt free to play with it and I learned quite a bit from those little people. The cake itself is vanilla cake, butter rum syrup, milk chocolate filling with toffee bits, white chocolate buttercream frosting.
