This is a homemade carrot cake with pineapple cream filling and cream cheese frosting all made from scratch. I sketched the boxers before hand to get the right look. Then used different color frostings (cream cheese frosting) to pipe them onto the cake. Also have dripped ganache on the cake. This is ALL cream cheese frosting, ganache and cake!
