I had a phone call on Friday from a lovely girl who's ordered her wedding cake from me for this coming August. Her mum's been ill with flu for the last week and so hadn't gotten around to arranging a cake for her brother's 21st, which is today (Sunday). Is there any way I could do one? She realised it's very late and if it's too much, please don't feel I have to because she's ordered her wedding cake.... (and you could tell she was being genuine). So I said I could do a BASIC design for her; and because I was working on it on new year's day, I charged well for it, too! ;o)
