My first attempt at cake truffles (cake balls). I have been inundated with orders since the first batch went out! These are dark chocolate cake, with dark mini choc-chips and dipped in Belgian dark chocolate. Tops are decorated with fondant holly leaves and berries over a bit of white chocolate.
