I made this cake for a little guy that comes to my daycare. It is a 3 tier cake with alternating layers. The first is chocolate fudge with vanilla buttercream, the 2nd is vanilla chocolate chip with apple sauce added to the mixture for extra moist cake, and the third layer is chocolate, vanilla and chocolate with buttercream in the middle. All the details are made with fondant, with the exception of the candle on top.
