Buttercream finish...fondant details. Vanilla Nut cake with caramalized bananas and caramel filling. My baby girl wanted an Icecream party for her 8th Birthday and a cake to reflect that. She really loved this cake and so did all of her little friends! That was a day full of cake and ICECREAM!
