I was asked for a grown up Schooby Doo sheet cake...the best I could come up last minute was this. Devil's Food cake with white chocolate mousse. Covered in buttercream. Lattice was hand piped after my atempt of stenceling did not go well. Schooby is a buttercream transfer done with plastic film.( that was great! I will never use parchment paper ever again!).
