My first attempt at a "themed" birthday cake for my husband. It is carrot cake with cream cheese and buttercream frostings. The "sand trap" is crushed graham crackers, the "water hazard" is blue piping gel and the 18th hole pin is a cookie stick with gum paste flag. Thank you for looking.
