Handy Manny cake for my nephew's 1st birthday. Chocolate and vanilla cake filled with vanilla pudding and fresh bananas. this was my first time using whipped cream, The lil brick wall is fondant. the color got runny after i took it out of fridge. Other than this not being butter cream it was not hard to ice the cake.this is only my second posting all comments welcome.
