My best friend was wed in the Keys. It was a surprise engagement and within 24 hours, she and her husband were wed. The blue frosting from the water on top is used with a large frosting tip from a specialty shop. Her wedding pictures from the event included a beautiful ceremony on an island across from their home in the Keys. The wedding was at sunset, she had a bouquet of white lillies and purple orchids and there was a deer that stayed close to them in all pics all night!! The cake is vanilla butter cake with buttercream frosting. The island is made from roll out sugar cookie crumbles, and the sun a large cut out cookie. The deer are cupcake toothpicks. We did things a llittle backwards for her and I was so proud to recreate her wedding scene for her.
