This was my daughters 2nd birthday cake. 6 tiers total. Top tier is Cookie Monster made out of rice krispy treats and covered in a mixture of modeling chocolate and fondant. Second tier is a wheat and egg free chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream (my older DD is allergic to wheat and eggs). Third tier is a foam dummy cake with dozens of gumpaste loops. Forth is 3 layers of chocolate fudge cake with a layer of dark chocolate buttercream and one layer of white chocolate buttercream. Fifth is another foam dummy cake with gumpaste loops. The sixth tier is snickerdoodle cake with cinnamon buttercream. The cake was over 30 inches tall. TFL
