This was the cake that I made for my son's first birthday. I had to do a practice run because I was so nervous! It was made with sour cream pound cake (2 layers colored red & blue) with buttercream icing and covered in MMF. All of the details I did by printing out designs and carving them with a paring knife. Obviously I've only been doing this for a short amount of time! My mother decorated the baseball smash cake for him to tear into.
