Made this for both my daughters birthday party...dowels are not available in India,as are a lot of other essentials for decorating...so there is a lot of improvisation and lots of props used...this is a rainbow cake and cupcakes with the name of each little guest on them...went overboard with the extras- dolls,ribbons,faux fur cake board...made it all from scratch...theres no fondant at all
