In honor of the birth of Christ, I put together this little cake.depicting Mary, Joseph and the baby Jesus. On the sides of the cake, you can see the star with wise men on one side and shepherds on the other. The cake is chocolate butter fudge, the icing is buttercream and the figures are made of fondant.
