This was my attempt at a Mike McCarey design. It was for a co-worker's grandson's 1st birthday. It's a 10" French vanilla w/pineapple chiffon filling w/buttercream icing. The dragon and circles are gumpaste, the waves around side and the overlay on top are modeling chocolate.
