Topsy Turvy from 3 - 9" rounds of chocolate cake, filled with kahlua buttercream, iced in vanilla buttercream and accented with fondant. Baseball hat baked in a small steel bowl, covered in fondant. Bill of hat is gumpaste, dried beforehand and held up with dowels and royal icing. Mr. Met, Plaque and number 30 are a gumpaste and fondant mixture.
