I made this cake for my mums sixtieth, she was having a cake I made for her at her surprise party in the eveining, but as I didnt want her to suspect, I had to make her another to take with me when we went with the kids that afternoon to see her! LOL! I decorated the cake with the first ever batch of sugar roses I've made!
