2-tier 4 layer buttercream cake. 12" bottom and 8" top tier. Embellished with fondant stars and #3. Tierra and boa furnished by the Mom. Banner was made out of fondant with childs name on the top tier as requested by the Mom. Small buttercream drop flowers were piped as the trim between stacked tiers and drop flowers topped the the stripes to give a clean edge on the bottom tier.
