I did this cake in about 4 hours because I had mentioned it to my friend once and then we hadn't talked about it again. The morning of the party she called and said, "can I pick it up at one?" "sure," I said as I made a mad dash for the kitchen praying I had eggs. Hence the less than perfect top. I also got to try my paint gun for the first time which is why the blue looks so great for such short notice.
