7 in lemon vanilla bean cake with vanilla cream cheese and blueberry filling/12 in vanilla cake with tiramisu and chocolate ganache filling both iced in vanilla infused swiss meringue buttercream icing/figures, flowers, and letters are made from 50/50 fondant and gumpaste/my daughter loves to make animal sounds and she is learning her colors and alphabet. I just wanted to do something fun for her. Needless to say that dents in the icing are due to little fingers that were swipping as I was working. This was very fun to make and very hard work as my power was out for 7 days prior because we had a terrible ice storm :( I made the figures in 12 hours and the cake in 21. It was a labor of love and I enjoyed every minute of it!
