First time making this and I'm happy with the results. Paella is a spanish recipe of a mixture of seafood in this case ,mixed with rice, a very delicious meal. I made this for gathering of friends since our dinner was to be a Paella. Everyone loved it. It was carrot cake w/cream cheese frosting and covered w/fondant. I made the drawings with edible markers and food coloring. TFL =)
