The cake is a book, with a chain book mark, Frankenstein bolts are at the front of the book, Dracula's castle is pictured on one page and bite marks on the back of the book. There is a mummy hand holding up the right side of the book and a werewolf hand holding the left side up. The werewolf also scratched a page of the book. The story is made up specific to the birthday boy.
