Melissa Cake
This was a Ron Ben Israel cake the bride saw in a magazine. All gumpaste blossom garland wrap each tier. Monogram is gumpaste with gumpaste flowers and royal letters. Four different flavors from bottom up: dark chocolate cake w/ chocolate Bailey's buttercream, vanilla cake with raspberry cream, carrot with white chocolate cream cheese and white w/ chocolate mousse. This wedding was a tall order - besides the cake, they had 100 boxes of truffle favors (3 counts) and wedding cake chocolate pops for the kids.
