I made this cake for woman who is a singer in a chorus and also teaches English in high school. Chocolate with chocolate chips cake, filled with dulce de leche and merenge cream. All covered in fondant, with gum paste accents. Mate (typical here, in Argentina) and Treble clef are made of cold porcelain. Sheets music are real. TFL
