skittles2120 on 10 Apr 2008 , 3:14am It's a chocolate sugar cookie recipe that uses Hershey's Dark Cocoa. I got the recipe from a forum post on here. I use corn syrup in my icing so that's probably where the shine comes from. Thanks for the comments! :D
