I have the "original" cookies (pink and white I believe) in my faves as well to try. How did you get your polka dots so even looking?
Yes, I believe the pink and white are the ones I was referring to. As long as you apply the dots right away(I covered 2 at a time, then went back to do dots), while the icing is still wet, the dots come out perfectly. Really easy.
