Thanks. I used the mini wonder mold pan set. I put the cakes on the board like you would for a dollcake and then i cut off the top.

Opps I read the question wrong. Sorry. The elmo and cookie monsters on the cake are the hard plastic party rings for kids. I got them at my local party supply store. The ring part is pushed down into the cake.

That is so cute - I like the border you used around the main cake and monsters are adorable.
