Thanks for all the lovely comments. The cala lilies are a result of many hours work at flowers (I don't really like flowers to be quite honest!). I used a mixture of regal ice and flower paste - probably about a 1/3rd flower paste. I rolled the paste out thinly and then cut a rough shape like a rounded triangle - pointed at the top and then slightly rounded sides and a round bottom like a skirt. Then just take the bottom 2 corners and fold them into each other and then you just have to play around to sh...
oooo it cut me off!! To shape I was going to say! I've also got quite a good flower drying rack with various depth holes/wells. Wired stems as normal and then dusted green. And if you understand any of that, you are fab as I didn't understand it and I wrote it!
