I made this cake for our annual International Dinner at our church. I wanted to make something that represented the USA for my contribution. So, whatcha' think, did I do good? Thanks for looking.

I would say that my favorite part is the constitution...that ROCKS!!!
Yes, Constitution is made of fondant, swirled white and brown then nicked the edges to resemble parchment, took about 5 days to dry since it was a roll...hemp cord to tie it up. Thanx for looking and all of your nice comments. 8)
