Under The Sea Cake
I made this for my sons 3rd birthday, as his party was at an underwater world aquarium. Both layers are fruit (his fav) and animals/seashells all around. Everything is edible except the candles. Shells/animals etc. are either made from fondant or icing. A lot of trials and errors but a huge hit on the day.
Also on this are a seahorse, anchor, another penguin, octopus and various shells/crab/crayfish and some are also made from melted candy drops

It's Wilton Tip No 67, it looks great for the seaweed as well as for leaves etc..
