This cake was made for a friend's birthday. It was my first time making roses....it's very time consumming and definitely takes a delicate touch. Something I hope I will gain with practice. I was happy with the roses but the buttercream under my fondant was terrible. But most importantly, my friend loved it and I enjoyed making it!
