Made for a coworker who loves my cake truffles and dark chocolate fudge cake. A 6 and 8 inch double layer rounds iced and filled with Toba Garret's chocolate buttercream topped with ganache and cake truffles.

Love this cake. Been wanting to do something like this for awhile. Man I want a piece too. Is a cake truffle the same as a cake ball?
