This is a very simple wedding cake. The dots are piped using sugarpaste which was watered down to a piping consistency. The letters were cut using letter cutters. I used CMC to strengthen the paste before cutting the letters.

The initials are cut using letter cutters by FMM Products. CMC is a gum powder used to firm sugarpaste or fondant. Tylopur or Tylose is the same thing.
