Thank you everyone for your nice comments. I used a piece of scrapbook paper for the design and I just traced it onto a piece of paper. I am sure something similar would be easily found these days as that design seems pretty popular.

I had a description for this cake. I changed the photo I uploaded here because I decided this was better. I think it removes your description when you do that...note to self. Anyway I have made this cake before with a few color changes. It is a FBCT.

Actually if you just look in the article section of cc there is a tutorial for frozen buttercream transfers. This is one that just covers the entire top of the cake.
