what did you use to paint the scrolls? they look great! i tried to do that with gold this last weekend and it was really uneven...was my paint too thin??
1. Yes it's real, none of my pics are dummies. 2. Everclear is an EXTREMELY potent liquor. It's very strong and smells horrible. Use it in a well ventilated spot, or you may get a little tipsy just breathing it in ;)

I used a combination of edible silver dust and just enough everclear to make it liquid enough to paint with.
