I made this cake for my son to present to his teacher on the last day of school. It was my first time using Satin Ice fondant. I don't think I'll ever be able to go back to MMF again.

satin ice is a wonderful thing isn't it? it also tastes alot like MMF and so much easier to work with i think. love your cake and the colors. i'm sure it brought a big smile to the teacher and i bet your son was so proud of his momma! :lol:
