I used two 8" round chocolate sponges for the body and one 8" square for the legs the head, arms and ears are made from cereal treat. I covereerd each part with fondant then piped on royal icing for the fur. I have since done a smaller version of this bear using the same smount of sponge but no cereal treat and didn't cover it all in fondant which made making the cake a little bit easier.
