1/4 sheet, 2 layers. Ganache coated, gumpaste plaque and flowers, RKT duckie with Pastry Pride stars and Pastry Pride border. A friend wanted me to replicate the cake from the movie and this is my version. This was my 1st time using Ganache and it was so easy! And it tastes yummy. I asked alot of questions in the forum for using ganache and of course everyone was so helpful. I'm very happy with the way it turned out! Thanks for looking!
