Just some practice cookies, never done cookie bouquets before and I'm going to do cookies for my sons class next month and thought I'd do a bouquet for his teacher. So these are my fist attempt at the cookies
yes, they are alot cheaper. I think I only paid about $1.00 or 2 per pack for them, and there are 100 to the pack, so these are going to last along time for cookies lol
omg...that's so funny, I'm doing the same exact thing. Love the way you decorated the cookies, mind if I borrow the sqiggly idea?? I'm putting my bouquets in flower pots that I painted with foam inside jelly bean (dirt) and wrapping them like a gift basket in a shrink wrap bag with bow....how are you packaging yours??
Wow, I didn't expect so many comments on my cookies, thank you everyone!!! I did alot of different designs but only took a pic of these few. Shrek, I put them in before I baked them and I used some long bamboo skewers that I already had, there like 100 to a pack at walmart. I cut them in half so I figure when I actually do the bouquets I can cut them different lengths. KHalstead, that sounds great, I'm not sure how I'm going to do mine yet. Thanks again everyone! :D

Those are really nice. What kind of icing did you use?
Stunning.
I just used royal icing.
Those are all very cute! I never thought about using the skewers, that is certainly cheaper than the cookie sticks. Good idea!

Beautiful. The patterns are terrific.
Very pretty. I like the cornelli lace on the cookies, and good writing on them too.
Great Job, very pretty!!
