This was for a friend's mom's 60th birthday. The book cake was carved from a 1/2 sheet cake & the coffee cup was also cake covered in MMF. The coffee cup was actually more difficult than the book. Both cakes are red velvet with cream cheese covered in fondant. In the future, I will not cover a cream cheese frosted cake in fondant. I even used Edna's crusting cream cheese recipe but it never crusted.
