a tiara, a princess wand and tons of flowers all in purple and pink! what more could a little princess ask for?! ... this is a six-tier princess and flower cupcake tower for my niece janna's 7th birthday party! cupcakes are are moist and soft chocolate cake with creamy, smooth and not so sweet (deliriously subtle sweetness that is!) buttercream frosting and sugarpaste flower. the top tier is a six-inch three layer luscious carrot cake filled and frosted with almond buttercream and covered in pink fondant, topped with sugarpaste tiara matched with a wand only meant for our little princess!... all the hardwork paid off after seeing how pleased janna was (as well as family and guests:) with the cake tower! so love it!!! tfl:)
