This cake was fun to make, stress free. However, I called client day of delivery. Said I will be there at 4. She said what do you mean? Party isn't until NEXT Saturday! I sais it says the party is the 12th on the invite...she said oh, you must have the old one! That's the one they gave me!!!!! Dates are pretty important when it comes to cakes...never said a word...anyway, cakes were crumb coated. Wrapped and froze until next week. They turned out great. Clients super happy. Chocolate cake. BC and royal icing roses. Already have more orders from them AND making sure we are on the same page with the dates!
