9x13 chocolate cake filled with vanilla butter cream, stacked 3 high. The train is also made of chocolate cake and vanilla butter cream. I took a 2 inch cookie cutter and cut 3 round parts for the front of the train. The cow tosser is just MMF. Other cake bricks were cut out and stacked to form the rest of the train. MMF was cut out and left to harden over night for the cabin part of the train.
