Thank you mcginnis...part of the "secret" to making this bow so big and "faster" drying time is the "cakesecrets" book that you can get by purchasing on e-line books.. There is alot of fabulous shortcuts to make any cake beautiful. The whole cake design is something I just created on paper, and then went from there..

The name of the book is by Samantha Mitchell's->Cake Decorating Made Easy..I think I paid $34.95 for a "e on line" book. I really love this book. It makes my decorating cakes easier and faster. Plus, I am able to learn all those "little secrets" of decorating that they don't show you in school..

I am trying to find the e-line books that you are talking about.... I just tried my first fondant bow this weekend and well, lets just say, I need all of the help I can get. Can you give me some more information on this book so I can order it????
