This was my first attempt at a carved cake. The head is made from RKT. It actually went smoother than I thought it would! I watched Elise Strauss of Confetti Cakes carve her awesome labradoodle via YouTube just before I started carving. The design of this cake was inspired by a cake on here by islandije. You'll notice the party plates are Elmo. The real party plates were Elmo too, as the mom couldn't track down any Clifford party supplies!
