The Little Mermaid is a cake topper, Sebastian and Flounder are toys. Everything else is made from fondant/ gumpaste, sand is made from Nilla wafers and brown sugar. Lots of fun to make. The little girl was in heaven when she saw here cake.....totally made my day! White cake with Strawberry buttercream and Vanilla Buttercream
