I know, it's been done a bunch of times before. That's where I got the idea, so thanks to everyone that helped me solve my issue of what sort of horse cake to make. By no means at all was the idea for this mine, however, I did work hard on it and it's one of my favorite cakes I've ever made. The cake is chocolate mint.
